Metal Locker is used to store personal belongings like cloth,shoe,book,bag,ipad etc in public places such as school,changing room,gym,office.It is made of high quality cold rolled steel plate.
The production process is cutting&punching,bending,welding,painting and packing. With auto-matic production machines,the steel plate is cut and bended with holes and right angle,and then they will be welded to become stronger on structure.

The next step is to paint them with environmental-friendly powder coating in any RAL or Panton color to keep them a texture or smooth finish. Powder coating is harmless,anti-rust,anti-corrosion and waterproof.

The last process is to pack them with 5-layer carton box with PE foam. For some online sale,package will be improved with high-resistant 7-layer carton box with bubble film and corner or edge protector,even some metal protector if necessary. During the production,all the parts will be inspected by QC to make sure they are in good quality and well protected.
