In order to protect the environment and long-term development,many businesses have requested manufacturers to use recycle materials and reduce the usage of plastic like PPWR from Europe.This could also improve companies’ repuation.The package materials we currently provide are mainly made of paper which is sustainable and easy for recycle such as carton box,corner and edge stripes and scraps of cardboard to keep the product well protected.

Cost is also an important part for the package.We provide suitable package materials with lower cost to reduce customers’ purchase cost and shipping cost.In order to load more in the containers,lighter,thinner but stronger package materials are the best choice for keeping less weight and smaller package size.

1. Cardboard

Carton Box Carton boxes are the last setp but most important part during the package.It decides if we should use more package materials inside the carton box to protect products.Usually,we use 5-layer carton box as standard package materials for metal storage locker and cabinet during sea tranportation.5 or 7 layers reinforced carton box have stronger and thicker paper for online sale to have a better protection when the products need second-time transportation.Some customers also choose honeycombo carton box to pack same parts inside and assemble them directly.This will massively reduce the cost of packages because 2 or 3 honeycombo carton box can pack 30-40 units products every time.For workers,this type of package won’t waste time moving and opening new cartons in a short time.It ultimately decrease customers'purchase cost.

2. PE foam/Bubble film

Since the steel furniture are knock down structure and shipped in pieces.PE foam or buble film is placed in every layer to prevent the surface of panels from getting scratches and damages.Bubble film could also reduce vibration.Both of them make no difference on the weight and low price on the cost which are perfect for delivery.

3. Hardpaper corner& edge stripes

These materials are used for protecting the corners and edges of products as a reinforced part during transporation.And they are good for recycle.Variety of sizes to fit for the size of panels.

4. Foam board/Metal corner protector

Foam board is an essential part for online sales.It covers the 6 sides of the products with 1cm~4cm thickness for a better protection on products when they need second-time delivery to end users.Metal corner protectors add the strength of corners.
